Demonstrating robust financial health, the company turned a profit of ₹239.77 crores in 2025 on revenues of ₹1,260.68 crores, a notable recovery from a loss in 2024. This growth is underpinned by a large network of over 54,000 average monthly active professionals as of June 2025.

To fuel its next phase of growth, Urban Company has announced an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Scheduled for September 10-12, 2025, the ₹1,900 crore IPO has a price band of ₹98-103 per share and is set to list on the stock exchanges on September 17, 2025.
