M&B Engineering Limited, incorporated in 1981, specializes in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Self-Supported Roofing solutions. The company designs, manufactures, and installs steel roofing systems across India, offering end-to-end services—from engineering and fabrication to testing—to deliver durable, high-performance structures. Its expertise spans pre-engineered buildings, structural steel, and steel roofing, catering to diverse sectors such as general engineering, manufacturing, F&B, warehousing, logistics, power, textiles, and railways.

With two manufacturing facilities in Sanand (Gujarat, operational since 2008) and Cheyyar (Tamil Nadu, operational since 2024), M&B boasts a combined PEB production capacity of 103,800 MTPA. Since Fiscal 2010, the company has expanded globally, exporting PEBs and structural components to 22 countries, including the USA, Brazil, South Africa, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Nigeria, Kenya, and Seychelles.

M&B Engineering’s IPO is currently open for subscription from July 30, 2025, to August 1, 2025, with plans to raise ₹650 crores. The offering consists of a fresh issue of ₹275 crores and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 97.4 lakh equity shares (face value: ₹10 each). The shares are priced in the range of ₹366 to ₹385 per share, with allocations divided as 10% for retail investors, 75% for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), and 15% for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
