Narmadesh Brass Industries Ltd. is a contemporary brass manufacturer located in Jamnagar, Gujarat, the country’s recognized “Brass City.” Operating from a 6,293 m² facility in the Shree Ganesh Industrial Hub, the company produces a diverse range of brass products such as billets, rods, valves, plumbing fittings, and machined components for domestic and export markets. With in-house casting, forging, and machining capabilities, an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, and 81 contract workers as of September 30, 2025, it ensures quality control from production to dispatch.

The company’s Fixed Price IPO opens on January 12, 2026, and closes on January 16, 2026, aiming to raise approximately ₹45 crores through a fresh issue of ₹36 crores and an offer for sale of up to 1,70,400 equity shares (face value ₹10). Priced at ₹515 per share, the allocation is set at 50% for retail investors and 50% for HNIs, with no QIB quota.
