Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited (BEL), is a prominent hotel owner and developer with a strong presence in India’s key cities, particularly in South India. As one of the leading private hotel asset owners in the region, the company owns and operates a portfolio of chain-affiliated hotels across South India, including Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, and the Union Territories of Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Pondicherry.

Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) from July 24 to July 28, 2025, aiming to raise ₹759.60 crores entirely through a fresh issue of equity shares (face value: ₹10 each). The IPO price band has been fixed at ₹85 to ₹90 per share, with allocations reserved for QIBs (75%), Retail Investors (10%), and HNIs (15%). Investors can expect share allotment to be completed by July 29, 2025, after which the stock will debut on BSE and NSE exchanges on July 31, 2025.

In FY 2025, the company reported revenue of ₹470.68 crores, up from ₹404.85 crores in FY 2024. However, profits saw a decline, with ₹23.66 crores in FY 2025 compared to ₹31.14 crores in the previous fiscal year.
