Established in 2013, SolarWorld Energy Solutions Limited is a solar energy solutions company that offers engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for solar power projects.
Business Models:
The company provides solar solutions through two models:
Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Model:
- Offers turnkey solar project solutions, such as design, installation, setup, and commissioning.
- Customer retains the ownership of the project.
Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) Model:
- Customers can embrace solar power with no initial investment.
- Assists companies in lowering their carbon footprint with minimal financial pressure.
On 14 May 2024, SolarWorld Energy Solutions Limited signed an equity cooperation agreement with Chinese Bloomberg NEF tier-1 solar panel supplier ZNSHINE PV-Tech Co. Ltd. The collaboration is to set up a solar panel manufacturing plant.
The customer base of the company comprises SJVN Green Energy Limited, Haldiram Snacks Private Limited, Ethnic Food Manufacturing Private Limited, and Samiksha Solarworld Private Limited.
