About Company
Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited is the owner and builder of hotels in major cities in India, mainly in South India. The company is a fully-owned subsidiary of BEL, one of India's top-ranked Indian realty developers.
The firm owns chain-branded hotels and rooms in South India (inclusive of the states of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, and Union territories Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Pondicherry) among large private hotel asset owners (i.e., having minimum 500 rooms pan India) as on June 30, 2024.
The hotels offer an integrated customer experience, such as fine dining and specialty restaurants, meeting places for incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE), lounges, swimming pools, open areas, spas, and gymnasiums.
The company have nine operating hotels under their portfolio spread across Bengaluru (Karnataka), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Kochi (Kerala), Mysuru (Karnataka) and the GIFT City (Gujarat) with 1,604 keys. The company's hotels are managed by international marquee hospitality players like Marriott, Accor and InterContinental Hotels Group.
