About Company
Incorporation in the year 2013, VMS TMT Limited is mainly involved in the production of Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT Bars). Scrap and binding wires are also dealt with by the company, which are marketed in Gujarat and other states.The manufacturing unit of the company is conveniently located at Bhayla Village, near Bavla in Ahmedabad district, Gujarat, facilitating easy distribution of products.
VMS TMT IPO - Issue Objectives
- Funding capital expenditure for setting up of the Solar Power Plant.
- Funding long-term working capital requirements of the Company.
