Established in 2015, Beacon Trusteeship Limited is a Deemed Debenture Trustee providing trustee services in various verticals such as Debenture Trustee Services, Security Trustee Services, Trustee to Alternate Investment Fund, Trustee to ESOP, Securitization Trustee, Bond Trusteeship Services, Escrow Services, Safekeeping and several other related trustee services.

In addition, its due diligence includes custodial services, compliance monitoring, documentation and disclosure, among others. Documentation, disclosure, custodial services are part of services rendered by it.

Debenture trusteeship: Helping the issuing company to issue any kind of debentures, even non-convertible debentures .

Security trustee for loans: Providing an investment manager, holding trust funds for the benefit of the beneficiaries, applying for the said registration certificate with SEBI, maintaining the books of accounts, maintaining confidentiality in respect of investments, other matters as per the respective agreements.

Alternative Investment Funds: making timely declarations to the investors, ensuring that there is prompt payment to the investors, that investments in the trust are carried out in terms of the agreement, segregation of assets, and ensuring that all transactions are properly accounted for in accordance with the agreement.

Securitization and Escrow : Ensure that the Escrow account transfer is made only to the collector account or other specified account in the formal agreement. Drafting and reviewing the Escrow agreement, setup of the Escrow mechanism, documentation, and timely monitoring.
